Orange Beach Matters

Who watches that crap anyway and who cares what that sissy looking man does or thinks?

The folks who watch are the same idiots that elected  President Obama.

All those corrupt leaders in Congress and the White House are causing us all to lose our jobs,  money,
our homes, and soon our security . They force all these new laws and spending plans  on us so they can remain in power. In the end it will cost them dearly…

So long illegal amigos.  Take all your kids, women, dogs, cats, and all other misc and head

to Galveston and Houston to help rebuild.  After that keep going west till you cross the

Mexican  border.

Making a list of my passwords and saving to C drive so I might find them when needed-seems like I am losing my memory on certain small items.

Giving up using Meyer Reality to rent condo after 4 years.  Condo is 4 years old and real nice on the pass but Meyers Reality just guts the revenue

from renters by high commissions and a bunch of other charges for any service or burned  out light bulb.  They expect you to trust them on any additional

charges made to your account…

Renting it ourselves on the internet-Got a site set up, charge cards set up with Pay Pal,  maintenance man set up, cleaning service, etc.  Hope to

increase revenue by 35% at less… 

Think this will be a good spring and summer for all of us in Orange Beach. 

Orange Beach is chasing the buck again, but this time they need to pave over part  of Perdido State Park adjacent to the Old River at Perdido Pass.  The  leadership

of Orange Beach wants a  third  public boat ramp with over a hundred parking slots.   It appears that the  city wants to pave over  all natural areas to increase revenue

stream with more folks clogging the area with their hugh boats.  Most of the folks would come over from Florida, who pay no taxes in Alabama and would only congest and

wear out  roads. 

The State of Alabama would have to sign off on this steal and I hope all who read this blog, would please contact the Alabama Department of Resources and Parks

to protest…

Got all my phone lines , business license, tax exempt status, and new email address,

so now I can start my  graphic design, printing  service, and condo painting company next

Who would believe that some of the candidates for the Board of Directors on Ono North Property Association would be  delinquent with their property taxes.  How can they look the other members in the eye?  We all have to pay our taxes.

Speeding along  Highway 182 towards Perdido Pass Bridge will get you a ticket if the

police officer is running radar behind the sea oats on the east side of the bridge.

Clocked at 75 miles/hour  in a 45 mile/hour speed zone will cost you $164.00 dollars.
